Generally keno uses 80 numbered balls from which the house draws 20 numbers at random. The object is to guess some of the numbers the house will draw. The balls drawn are matched against a board like the one in the picture below. These are simply referred to as keno boards, and are commonplace at land-based casinos. In online keno the board is the playing surface with which you interact; it acts as both the keno ticket and the keno board.

Playing is a simple process. You will make a selection of numbers, and as you click on each selection the number will appear to light up.
